What is guaranteed?
All eligible fish and coral purchased from Reef Hacker are guaranteed for six (6) months from the date of delivery.
If the animal dies within the guarantee period, Reef Hacker will provide one replacement for that livestock item.
How do I claim?
Email 6months@reefhacker.com with a photo of the deceased fish or coral and your original order number.
Our team will review the claim and provide the next steps.
Please note that returning the carcass is required for the claim to be valid.
Can I get multiple replacements?
No. Each animal is eligible for one replacement only under the 6-Month Guarantee.
Replacement livestock does not automatically include the 6-Month Guarantee.
Customers may extend the guarantee on the replacement animal by paying 35% of the original purchase price.
